Transfer Contract SM  PM 3 rd topic : Transfer • 1 – Technical transfer • Once TA signed for domestic contract • For export contract if LOI received (as a minimum) if technically the tender layout and product have been validated by customer • In both cases without a contract signed a deviation request (annex 6) has to be obtained by SM Transfer SMPM for Commercial – 27/09/2010 - P 6

Transfer Contract SM  PM 3 rd topic : Transfer • 2 Commercial transfer • Once the contract is signed • It includes the financial transfer • For domestic, a financial transfer could be done if the contract has been signed by SHT. • Financial transfer means to give the EAS “As sold” : This stage is the EAS signed for presenting the offer to customer. • For “As booked”, Tendering revise the EAS taking into account the layout prepared by HVE and PM adjusts the ROR according to the deviations accepted or not and any occurrence after reading the contract and specification. Transfer Contract SM  PM 3 rd topic : Transfer • 3 – Timing • One week before the transfer, SM should send a copy of all transferred documentation to PM for a pre-Analysis. • Technical transfer • Commercial transfer with financial element within one month maximum.
