  2. Annual Validation 2005 Algorithm Changes • All TDSPs are complete as of June 9, 2005. • Great Job TDSPs!!!!!!!!!!!

Annual Validation 2005 Action Item • Action item copied from March 23, 2005 PWG meeting minutes • TDSPs shall do one of the following by mid June: •  a) TDSPs shall utilize 727 extracts to compare the TDSP’s Profile ID, and status for each ESIID and provide a list of ESIIDs that are out of sync. The report shall contain ESIID, TDSP Profile ID, ERCOT Profile ID, TDSP Status code, ERCOT Status Code. • b) TDSP shall create a file containing a complete list of ESIIDs, TDSP Profile ID, and TDSP Status codes for their population.  The TDSP shall coordinate a snapshot day with ERCOT staff prior to creating the file. • STATUS • One TDSP complete, • One TDSP has yet to communicated with ERCOT Staff, and • all others are working on the action item.

  4. Annual Validation 2005 Begins • 11.4.1Validation of Profile Type Assignment for RES and BUS Profile Groups • 1.TDSPs shall utilize the historical usage and demand data in their databases to derive Usage Month values for each Active and De-Energized ESI ID for the time period specified in the current Profile Decision Tree. • 2.TDSPs shall determine the Profile Segment for each Active and De-Energized ESI ID in their service territory, based on the current Profile Decision Tree. TDSPs shall provide a report to ERCOT listing the ESI IDs, current Profile ID, and the recommended Profile ID for those ESI IDs that require a change in Profile ID assignment. An electronic copy of this report shall be delivered to ERCOT no later than June 30.
