“Day by Day” group with David and Paula “Day by Day, day by day O dear Lord, three things I pray: To see thee more clearly Love thee more dearly, Follow thee more nearly Day by Day” This ancient prayer describes the goal of this newly formed group that is hosted on the 2nd and 4th Sunday evenings of each month in Rev. and Mrs. Wentz’s home, the Trinity Parsonage. Following the leading of the Holy Spirit, we will help each other grow closer to God, closer to each other, and closer to our full potential in Christ. Our next meeting will be on Sunday, August 24, at 6:30 pm. Please call 410-263-8043 for more information, or to indicate interest. We’ll see you there!

From the UMW A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to all who donated backpacks, supplies or monetary donations! We could not have done this without your help. We delivered the backpacks the second week of August to the guidance office at Germantown Elementary School. They were very appreciative for all the backpacks and supplies! This program was through the Anne Arundel County Back-To-School Donor program. The children who received these backpacks are those that qualify for Federal Lunch assistance in Anne Arundel County. We again thank you for your support and prayers!
Coming This Fall… Adult Bible Study – details available soon!
We want to encourage our families to participate in Bible studies, social events, dinners, music programs, meetings and other activities both during the day or night. You can be a part of making this happen by offering to babysit some of our little ones in the church nursery as occasions arise. If you would be willing to babysit, as needed, or for more information, please contact Sylvia Spencer at 410 224-2654 or JackSpencer@verizon.net. Your help would be very much appreciated.
Items needed to help the homeless – Many of our winter guests remain homeless in the summer. Donations of tarps, tents, and sleeping bags are greatly appreciated. You may bring them to the office.
LIGHT HOUSE VOLUNTEERS Over the years, church members have asked how they can help on an individual basis. The Light House frequently does need individual volunteers for a special need. Contact Ron Burdge at 410-757-2179 or ronburdge@msn.com
