STEP 1 – PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT IDEA • All regional stakeholders, interested to propose a project idea, can fill out the template on the ERRIN website • Priority to projectideas from possible projectleaders • No technical evaluation by ERRIN=> check proposal with national contactpoint before submitting it. • All the deadlines will be strictly respected! • Link: Deadline for the submission10th October 2014

  6. STEP 2 – SELECTION PROCEDURE For logistical reasons, due to the restraints of availability of rooms, only 14 project ideas will be selected. There is no technical evaluation by ERRIN. Selection criteria: • relevance to the Energy WP • complete project application forms. The templates not completed will not be taken into account. • Project leaders will get the priority  • For the submission, it is mandatory to choose a single call topic.

  7. STEP 3 – EXPRESSION OF INTEREST • ERRIN staff will send to the regional stakeholders the list of the selected ideas. 14thOctober 2014 • Regional stakeholders can express their interest in participating in a project idea as a partner filling out the template on the ERRIN website. • Interest in only one project idea per person(2 people = 2 projects / 3 people = 3 projects, etc.) • Deadline to apply as a partner 20thOctober 2014 • ERRIN collects all the expressions of interest and sends them to the project leaders. 21stOctober 2014

STEP 4 – CONFIRMATION OF THE ATTENDANCE • Project leaders will select the potential partners for the project submission. 27thOctober 2014 • The ERRIN staff will send out to all the stakeholders a feedback, with the latest information. 28thOctober 2014 • All the applicants accepted must confirm their participation on the website. 14th November 2014 • The event will take place on the 24thNovember 2014 Lombardy Region Office 2, Pl. Champ Mars, 1050 Bruxelles

TIMETABLE AND DEADLINES Deadline submission project idea 10th October 2014 ERRIN staff sends list of the selected ideas14th October 2014 Deadline to apply as a partner 20th October 2014 Sending expression of interest to the project leaders 21st October 2014 Selection of the potential partners by leaders 27th October 2014 Feedback to all the stakeholders 28th October 2014 Confirmation of attendance by stakeholders 14th November 2014 Project Development Worskhopin Brussels24th November 2014
