The Holy Spirit has his own desires & will1 Corinthians 12:11 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, ...just as he determines.
Omnipotent...‘all powerful’ Omnipresent...‘everywhere present’ Omniscient...‘all knowing’

He gives hope & that hope gives us joy & peaceRomans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
