  4. Admission Requirements • Prerequisites • Symbolic & Oral, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences • Minimum gpa • 2.5 or 2.75 or 3.0 • OT & PT: 40 hours of observation experience • OT/PT/Graduate: GRE General Test • Early Admit program available: OT & PT
