2006-2007 HRD Priority Areas • H-1 Utilize collaborative needs assessment process to identify and align professional development activities in support of the State Performance Plan, Strategic Imperatives, Continuous Improvement Model, Evaluation Protocol, K-12 Reform Efforts, Highly Qualified and Just Read Florida
2006-2007 HRD Priority Areas • H-2 Coordinate and provide multi-level, research-based professional development to include, but not limited to: Just Read Florida Initiatives, SIM (Strategic Instruction Model), Instructional Strategies, Differentiated Instruction, Accommodations/Modifications, Learning Styles, Classroom/Behavior Management, Social Skills, Algebraic Thinking, Quality IEPs, Matrix, ESE Related Issues, Transition, Collaborative Teaching Model, Peer Coaching and Classroom Observation Strategies, Action Research, Professional Study Groups, and other BEESS Initiatives
