  7. Phase 1 : Planning • Currently collecting customer request types and endpoints • Can table drive most of the new user interface • Graphics – around 40 given current categories

  8. Phase 2: Add Searches • Need to collect meta data to drive search to respective provisioning / ticketing systems (eCOMS, OSS Tickets, Access Requests, Identity Management, etc.) • Data will still be collected and stored in each respective system, but displayed in IT Service Center
