[Japanese proverb]. Having a well-defined vision changes nothing if it is not lived and constantly communicated by the leaders and members of an organization.

  31. VMG Vision = a vision is a short, succinct and inspiringstatement of what the organization intends to become or achieve at some point in the future. Its primary audience are the clients of the organization. Question: Where do we see the organization going in the future? Asa man tapaduong? Eg. To enable people and businesses throughout the world to realize their potential (Microsoft) ….a community with healthy forests, clean water, clean air, abundant wildlife, wilderness, and working in harmony with the needs of all Americans and for the generations yet to come (American Forest Congress).
