Administrative Body in Egypt The administrative body in Egypt comprises of: 344 Ministries and their affiliates as well as Service-Provider Authorities 391 Governorates’ headquarters and their subsequent directorates in the localities More than 5.7 million government employees
Administrative Simplification Barriers in Egypt There are different kinds of barriers related to: • Organizational Structure • Roles and Responsibilities • Structure of Roles • New Management Concepts • Efficiency and Quality of the Processes • Systems and Mechanisms of Auditing the Activities and Monitoring the Achievements • Plurality of Regulations and their Frequent Amendments
