Program Managers Fills out request forms Reviews request forms and forwards to Joint Staff J6 (***) Legacy Waiver Request and Approval Process As of MAR 2010 Interoperability Test Panel Representatives Reviews request forms and makes recommendation JITC Reviews request forms - Forwards candidate systems for review Joint Staff J6 Reviews the requests makes Recommendations - Sends them back to J6 OSD NII/ JITC J6 sends out approval letters To ITP Representatives, Program Managers, JITC, and OSD NII Joint Staff J6 Approval Letter (***) Recommend sending the package both to “JITC Legacy Waiver” mailbox (LegacyWaiverRecommen@disa.mil) and J6. 1
