Highlights of Progress: Overall • All 8 Goals have been progressed with actions considered ongoing • All Ongoing Strategic Initiatives (25) have been met and actions are considered ongoing • 2009: 4 initiatives have been met; 1 still progressing • 2010: 6 initiatives have been met; 2 still progressing; 1 under re-evaluation

Highlights of Progress: Broad Categories • Increase in space • Increase in enrollments, offerings/programming, student-centered options, faculty/staff positions and community outreach • Increase in diversity of students • 25.4% minority/international students; 193 in 2009/234 in 2010 • Rise in female population • Increase in technology use on campus • Integration; use of social media, etc. • Increase in international programs and study abroad experiences • Update Report to Academic Learning Council on blog • Increase in alumni representation • +19% in Blue and White Society Membership • Increase in student satisfaction • Greater satisfaction with out-of-school experiences, quality of instruction, and structured in-class learning opportunities
