Criteria (Weightings) • Functionality (25) – Overall functionality requirements, including ability import and export data; • Interface Design (20) – Accessibility, intuitive usability, visual design and flexibility of instructional design; • System Integration (20) – with Student Information System as well as integration with academic software tools and on-site access to software and databases; • Service and Support (15) – responsiveness; software development tracking system; browser support and agility; system enhancement development and training; • Cost (10) – Cost of ownership including hardware and software, additional products required, development, staffing requirements, training and migration costs; • Other (10) – including, feedback from references; history in industry; “above and beyond” responses
