  3. Topics • Learn about the five aspects of leadership • Growth • Respect • Integrity • Community • Excellence • Servant leadership • Different leadership styles • How to effectively communicate • Ways to be the best leader possible

  4. Reasons You Want to Go • Learn new leadership skills • Gain knowledge on yourself and what type of leader you are • Receive a more experience so you can be a better leader • Have a fun and learn a lot of new things • Make a bunch of new friends with similar interest

  5. Key Leader 2014 • Where: East Bay Camp, Bloomington IL • When: April 25-27 • Cost: $200 • Scholarships for $60 dollars • Contact a local Kiwanis group for sponsorship • Who: Anyone • Get your applications in early • Applications forms will come out in January on iikeyclub.org
