Estructura Organizativa • En las siguientes gráficas el circulo representa la materia normable al interior de una competencia, el color oscuro representa la Legislación y el color claro la reglamentación. La reglamentación llena el resto del circulo no normado por la Legislación. • No obstante, existen algunos criterios básicos que nos deben apoyar al determinar que será legislado y que será reglamentado: Derechos y deberes siempre se norman por Ley.
