  1. Creating Snapshots in CALMS Updated: 2/10/14

  2. Background Once you finish working in an activity you will take a snapshot. The snapshot will create a saved instance of the activity in its current state. This allows more flexibility than the Change Log if the need arises to rebuild a page. There are times when a glitch occurs in CALMS and it’s possible an entire page or activity could be wiped out. Having a snapshot will prove very useful in this situation.

  3. Steps to Take a Snapshot • When you finish working in an activity go the Actions dropdown and choose View/Take Snapshot • Then choose Make New Snapshot

  4. Steps to Take a Snapshot • Provide a Snapshot Label • Dependent on your role • Narrative • ID Review • SSME Review • PS Review • TW Review • Choose Save
