Accomplishments (cont.) • Completed data analysis review for SIS to CampusVue data conversion • Completed first round of integration analysis • Setup of all Mercer hardware for Test and Production environments • Installation of CMC software in Test and Production environments
Current Activities • Prepare data conversion extract files – January and February • Review Business Requirements Documents for CampusVue, Cornerstone, and Portal • Demo of Talisma CRM (Constituent Relationship Manager) – January 23rd
Upcoming Activities • Receive and approve final SOW • Receive and review Vantage BRD • Finalize Vantage implementation schedule • Finalize Cornerstone implementation schedule • Revisit CampusCRM BPA with Talisma • Publish complete project schedule • Begin CampusVue configuration
