  2. WHAT DOES SALE REPRESENTATIVE DO Sales representatives give presentations, demonstrate and sell products or services to potential buyers, and negotiate sales terms. SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS • Experience in sales. • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. • A commitment to excellent customer service. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment. • Adaptive personality with the ability to learn and apply new sales strategies quickly

SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES • Prospect and qualify new sales leads • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects • Create, plan, and deliever presentations on company products • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by udpating account information regularly • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers • Meet and/or exceed quotas • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

SALES REPRESENTATIVE’S DAILY TASK • Promoting sales, servicing existing clients, and establishing new accounts. • Focusing sales efforts by studying existing and potential needs of clients. • Resolving issues or complaints in a timely manner. • Cold calling potential clients. • Keeping up-to-date on current market changes and trends

SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field • Being resourceful, energetic, driven, structured, and displaying a strong desire to take initiative. • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills: • Identifying issues and resolving problems in a timely manner. • Being able to gather, monitor, and analyze all types of quantitative and qualitative data into sales reports. • Being polite and patient while dealing with difficult clients. • Strong organizational, operational, and planning skills in a customer service and sales focused environment: • Multitasking; being able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Being proactive and goal-oriented. • Being able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Being able to handle time constraints while achieving the required goals.
