  5. Papua New Guinea’s Experiences • ODA and AID will decline • Internal Funding needs to increase • Increase in Tax revenue primarily due to mining boom. • LNG revenues • SWF • Joint Annual Work plans (UN Systems and Govt) • Trilateral Arrangements (EU, UN and Govt)

ACHIEVEMENTS AND CHALLENGES • ACHIEVEMENTS • Harmonization of limited resource to achieve a common goal. • Long term investments in priority infrastructure projects. • Consistent and timeliness in drawing down of funds for activity implementation • Supports government efforts in multiyear budgeting.

Through TAX Reforms and Review of PFM. • Public Service Reforms • Investment SME Growth including access to financial capital markets.
