Motivation • Taking note in meeting is not efficient • Needs a lot of efforts • Impede communication • Slow down communication • Alternative option: sound recording then taking note afterwards • Needs more time • Doesn’t add values during communication • An in-time system will be more effective by assisting in-time communication

Approach • Guide people to focus on discussion rather than writing • Presenting • Whiteboard – Lay out what I’m going to say/have said • Note taking • Notepad – Grab the what others have said • Target audiences/usages • For formal meetings • Target more structural meetings, not for brainstorming • Interface for portable devices for participants
