Where I'm From By: Tamara Moore
I am from running around barefooted in the dirt to slammed doors and band aides. From a happy home and a warm mothers touch. From sorry’s to goodbyes that come all to often. From the little town of bowling green. Where people “think” they know everyone.
I'm from Paula Moore the only parent that stuck by me, To having the best sister anyone could ask for. And having a little brother that I fight with all the time. But they all mean the world to me. Only people that really understand me.
I am from corn and tobacco to sell when times got hard on the farm. Late night trail rides when we didn’t want summer to end. From fishing and getting hot to swimming in the lake.
From snuggles fabric softener and tide laundry detergent. From hanging clothes on the line in the summer sun. From spending time with the family in the pool and beach volleyball in the back yard.
From if you cant accept me forget me. From being happy with yourself before anyone can make you happy. To not looking up to anyone but myself because you are your own examples. Just be yourself.(:
