Project Overview The Project is Scheduled to finish Development and Go Live 12/31/2018 Stages - 1 & 2 Testing is Complete Stage - 3 External Testing Started 10/17/2018 Stage - 4 JADs are Complete The MCI Interface is in progress and will be Tested in Stage - 4 Federal Reports are being Defined and will be Tested Internally in a New Stage - 5 2

Historical Data Load Expectations • The historical data for FASAMS is limited in scope to all records of each individual who has an open admission as of November 30, 2018 • Exceptions: • All Wait List data July 1, 2018 through November 30, 2018. • All Acute Care Data from January 1, 2017 through November 30, 2018 • All Non-Client Specific Services from July 1, 2018 through November 30, 2018 5

Historical Data Load Expectations • The Historical Data Load document will be publishedby 10/26/2018 • The document will indicate which fields are existing and which fields are new • It will indicate with business rules have been relaxed for historical data • Questions related to historical data can be found on the FASAMS FAQs website page 6
