Vorgeschichte • Seit 1984 durchgehend mit 3D UG & UG/CAM beschäftigt (Formenbau). • 3D-Modellieren von Formen & Gesenke. • Prototypen in Ureol oder Alu gefräst. • Fräsprogramme dazu (Elektroden oder direkt in der Form / dem Gesenk). • Damals wurde grundsätzlich mit Flächen gearbeitet, da die Solids sehr primitiv waren. www.intrex.at / www.intrex.biz

Im Jahr 1997 gegründet, am Anfang für div. geschäftliche Aktivitäten neben der Anstellung als CAD/CAM-Techniker. • Der Name stammt aus dieser Zeit, und da meistens Handel getrieben wurde, hat der Name auch mit Handel zu tun: INTREX = INternational TRading EXquisit. • Im September 1999 der Schritt in die Selbständigkeit. www.intrex.at / www.intrex.biz

  4. CAM Betätigungsfelder • Fräsprogrammerstellung für alle Bereiche, von simplen 2D-Konturen bis hin zu simultanen 5-Achsen Bearbeitung. • 2-4 Achsen Drahterodieren. • Drehen. • Erstellung von Postprozessoren/UG. • Schulungen CAM-Modul UG. www.intrex.at / www.intrex.biz

  6. CAM Beispiele • Wandstärken bis zu unter 0.1 mm sind möglich! • Die Fräsbahnen werden per Computer simuliert, um ev. Kollisionen zu vermeiden und Wege zu optimieren. Elektroden für Fa. Roco www.intrex.at / www.intrex.biz
