The present perfect tense. We use it to talk about actions that started in the past that have a connection to the present . It can be that they have just finished or are not finished yet . Past participle.

Pastparticiple • In all of theperfect tenses we use thepastparticipleform of theverb. • Iftheverbisregular, thisisthesame as thepast simple form (weadd –ed) • Example: play – played • If the verb is irregular, we use the past participle from the 3rd column of the irregular verbs list.
Affirmative (+) • Pronoun + have/has + pastparticiple • Example: I haveplayedfootballtoday. • She has eatenfishtoday. • Negative (-) • Pronoun + have/has + not + pastparticiple • Example: Theyhaven´tworkedhard in classtoday. • Ithasn´trainedthisweek.
Interrogative (?) have/has + pronoun + pastparticiple ? Example: Has iteversnowed in Cádiz? Havetheyfinishedthehomeworkyet?
