As I see it: We have ESGARD In preparation for April: 3 Networking activities (to “think”, to have workshops, travel etc.): e+e- Neutrino beams (Vittorio Palladino) “LHC” JRPs (JRAs) (to improve existing infrastructures): HIPPI, Photo-Injectors, High field magnets, SC cavities etc. We have Marie-Curie Steering Group (Human resources…FOR CERN): Need input… EMCOG

  3. What next? Design Studies (DS) – Calls in June! Deadline Oct. 15 Neutrino factory (incl. MICE, Targets and ?) Beta beams Superbeams We must be in better shape than we (i.e. neutrinos) are now! EMCOG
