  6. An Adventure to Live • Skiing: Point & go • Boys take sled down the stairs • Boys rappelling out upstairs window • Keys: • Danger & uncertainty • Exploration & new experiences • Destruction & change p 12

We Want a Challenge • We want to be good at something hard • Outdoors: Hiking, hunting, rafting • Career: Mgt, sales, advancement, recognition • Sports: Golf, bowling, running • Faith: ______________ • If man has lost this desire, he doesn’t know if he has what it takes & believes he will fail the test.So he decides not to try. p 13

  12. World tells Women to be... • Tough, efficient & independent • What is a Christian woman?  Tired • Church: “Be a good servant” • No one is fighting for her heart • No grand adventure to be swept up inEvery woman doubts if she has a beauty to unveil.

  13. I’d rather be... • a “real sweet guy” • Dangerous, in a really good way Who would your wife rather have as a mate?

  14. (Women) I’d rather be... • tireless worker • captivating woman

  15. What if?.... these deep desires are telling us the lives we were meant to live.

  16. Man must know... • He is powerful • Has what it takes Woman: • She is beautiful • Worth fighting for “I don’t know when I died...but I feel like I’m just using up oxygen.” p 18
