Regler för hemlån vid EAB Lindholmens fotoklubb Uppgjord av: Lars Stålheim • Lån får bara ske av medlem i klubben. • Lån (och bokning) sker enligt principen först till kvarn. • Lånad utrustning har man ”ensamrätt” på under 3 dygn. Sedan ska utrustningen överlämnas till den som står på tur, kontrollera i klubbrum om bokning skett. • Bokning sker genom meddelande i klubbrummet. Är prylen ute ska man kontakta låntagaren och meddela att man står på tur. Bokning får ske först efter återlämnande (max en bokning per person och pryl tillåts). • Vid återlämnande kontaktar man eventuellt nästa på tur. Notera i lånelista, så vi vet att prylarna används. • Vid lån: namn, datum ut, tele jobb och tele hem. • Vid återlämnande: datum åter.
