I graduated from Appalachian State University in 1991 and taught in Guilford County for 6 years. I earned my Master's Degree in Education at UNC-Greensboro during this time. In 1994 I took an educational leave to teach for 5 months in the Dominican Republic at Santiago Christian School. I love teaching, especially middle school math and science!  I have taught 6th grade math, language arts, and science in Holly Springs since 2006. I was born in Indiana and have lived in Holly Springs for 10 years.  I have two amazing children; Jake(15) and Abby(11).We love the beach, swimming and being outside! “All students WILL succeed”
