Best Practices – Sample Documents • HUD Performance Architecture • Contains measurement indicators aligned with HUD’s PRM for selected strategic initiatives • HHS CPIC Lessons Learned • Lessons learned by integrating EA review within the overall HHS CPIC budget cycle • DOL IT Quick Reference Guide • Quick reference guide to assist IT project managers with key investment management concepts and practices • DOJ Information Sharing Segment Architecture • Defines governance, architecture and processes related to the strategic Information Sharing cross-cutting segment. • The DOJ Information Sharing Segment Architecture is not yet posted on CORE.gov, but will be available soon Citizen-Centered, Results Driven Government

Best Practices – Methodologies • DOL EA Instructional Template • Template to track projects through the SDLCM lifecycle and towards the “Target” business vision • DOL EA Requirements and Guidance • Provides instructions for agency EAs using the DOL EA repository • HUD Segment Architecture Development Guidance • Provides instructions and work product templates to develop segment architectures • DOI Methodology for Business Transformation (MBT) • The MBT provides guidance for defining and implementing business transformation using modernization blueprints • The DOI MBT is not yet posted on CORE.gov, but available at: http://www.doi.gov/ocio/architecture/mbt/guidance.htm Citizen-Centered, Results Driven Government
