  15. 4-H Administrative Update • BHAG – Big Hairy Audacious Goals • Customer Goals • Impact over 1.2 million youth in North Carolina per year by 2015. • An abundant supply of well trained, highly-qualified and motivated of 4-H agents and program assistants in North Carolina by 2010. • Over 120,000 well-trained and motivated 4-H volunteers in North Carolina by 2015. • Over $6 million dollars annually raised for 4-H youth programming by 2015.
