Let’s direct get into the yoga poses for back pain that will help you in reducing lower back pain and how you will perform it in the best way. 1) Child’s pose The child’s pose is one of the main poses that help in work on pain management. By doing this pose you will release the tension in your neck and back. Child’s pose stretches your hips, thighs,

  2. and ankles and gives relief to your whole lower body. You can easily reduce stress and fatigue by doing the child’s pose. Step- Sit on your heels by joining knees together and bends yourself forward keeping your arms straight in from of you. Keep focusing on releasing tension in your back and be in that pose for around 1-3 minutes and repeat. 2) Cat-Cow pose The cat-cow pose stretches your torso, shoulders, and neck as the movement of the body in this pose provides flexibility. It relieves the tension in your lower back also helps you to get familiar with the neutral spine and its movement in order to improve your posture. Step- starts with going on your knees and palms making a dog pose. Keep your shoulders over the wrists and your hips over the knees. Inhale slowly and while exhaling stretch your spine in an upward direction pushing your head down towards the floor. Then inhale and lift your head, chest, and tailbone towards the roof and make an arch of your upper body like a cow. Repeat this 3-5 times. 3) Standing forward bend Performing standing forward bend stretches your hips, hamstrings, & calves. It keeps your spine flexible and provides a strong posture to your body through the spine. Also, it strengthens things and knees; the main thing that makes your body posture looks clean. Step- Stand straight keeping distance between your feet (not more than your shoulders width) and keep your legs straight. Slowly let your torso hang down and relax your arms and shoulders. Extend the top of your head towards the floor for better relief. Hold this position for 1 to 3 minutes and repeat. 4) Sphinx pose PracticingSphinx pose stabilizes your shoulder part and strengthens back musculature. It also lengthens the abdominal area without overstretching the anterior hip capsule. It allows you to make a great natural curve of your lower back and engages your abs muscle that is very helpful for a great posture. Step- Lie on the mat on your stomach keeping your legs straight and fold your elbows to place them under the shoulders and forearms on the floor as you lift your chest. Press your thighs and hips towards the floor and focus on lengthening your spine. Keep your shoulders relax and make sure you don’t feel any discomfort or pain while doing this. Hold yourself at this position for around 1 to 3 minutes and sit up to feel a stretch in your lower back. Many people prepare their yoga routines or workout time table but fail to perform it because of the busy schedule or laziness. Get up and start today with the full dedication and power to make your body and mind relaxed, flexible, and attentive.
