SITE DESIGNATION PROGRAM (SDP) Administered by the CAL-EPA Site Designation Committee. CAL-EPA delegates regulatory authority to appropriate agencies, such as DEH. These projects are financed through the VAP program.
SITE DESIGNATION PROGRAM Collaborate with the RWQCB, DTSC, APCD, State Fish & Game and U.S. Fish and Wildlife, as necessary. Projects are completed to ensure the standards of other agencies are met. Decisions are made collectively with all agencies involved.
