  45. Lithium Treatment; • Supportive • Stop lithium dose and recheck levels • IV fluids/encourage diuresis (monitor fluid balance) • Monitor U&Es • Consider dialysis • Treat seizures If mild, generous amounts of sodium salts and fluid will reverse toxicity
