Overview IU Career EDGE presents a conceptual framework and action plan for motivating our undergraduate students to fully engage in the career and academic resources that will make them successful in pursuing their chosen careers. The primary focus of the framework has been academic and career development for students who plan to enter the workforce after receiving the bachelor’s degree.
