Finance DepartmentRecruiting at CNA • Internal Audit Associate • purpose to develop strong audit skills within the Internal Audit organization, that can thereafter be transferred into key financial positions in CNA • participates in audits/projects throughout company • active in all aspects of an engagement -- assess risk, define scope, evaluate processes, develop reports, resolve issues

What we look for in a Finance Department candidate • Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 15 semester hours of accounting • B average or better • at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale • at least 4.0 on a 5.0 scale • Professionalism in manner and appearance • Interpersonal skills • Relevant work experience • Outside interests and activities • Interest in working in insurance industry
