GUIDING PRINCIPLES Specific guiding principles for implementation of SITA services are: • Building service delivery credibility through rapid creation of value; • Building of collaborative partnerships with government departments to ensure success; • Dual focus in managing SITA, i.e. build new capabilities while maintaining and improving on current service levels and; • Support the socio-economic policies of Government; • Promotion of a positive and service delivery image through communication, marketing and public relations.
