  2. Role Model • Steve Jobs was a very influential leader who was able to captivate the entire world. His staff was on their toes at all time and expected the best out of them and made sure they had enough ambition to fit the company culture. Coming off as very intense, he expected the best out of his employees based on their credentials and wanted to make the most superb product

  3. Transformational • “He was a "high-maintenance co-worker" who demanded excellence from his staff and was known for his blunt delivery of criticism”. • Steve Jobs had a knack about him where every one wanted on board and looked up to him and was influenced by him. • “A 'visionary' is how he is most often described in relation to Apple”

  4. Consideration • All wasn’t smooth sailing for Steve Jobs. With multiple career setbacks he was able to analyze his mistakes and implement those corrections with in his product and Apple family • “It was his sheer genius combined with his ability to articulate his vision and bring staff, investors and customers along on the journey - plus the lessons learned in a major career setback - that made it work”.

  5. Intellectual Stimulation • “Employees were recruited into the company as specialists and put into roles that made the most of their specific strengths and abilities. Turnover was low despite the demanding corporate culture - Jobs was a passionate advocate for his vision and incredibly effective at communicating this to shareholders, customers and staff”.

  6. Inspirational Motivation • “Steve Jobs has a legendary temperament as a manager, sometimes to the point of inspiring fear among his employees. He demands that his employees do great things, and will make them do exactly that”.
