Proposed Text • 404.78 Automotive Rental • Automotive Rental is allowed as a limited use in the BH zoning district subject to the following standards: • Automotive rental shall be accessory to an existing principal use; • No more than 6 vehicles available for rent may be located on the parcel at any one time; • No repair or maintenance of the rental cars shall occur on site unless the principal use is a service station or car wash; • A dedicated parking area shall be designated for the rental vehicles; • Revised development plan approval shall be required.

  3. Second Reading • This is the second of two public hearings for the proposed ULDC amendments. Staff recommends that the Board convene as the Land Development Regulation Committee (LDRC) and find the request consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. The Board can then reconvene and adopt the ordinance approving the requested changes.
