Components of the new Fairground • 50,000 sq. ft. Arena/Coliseum with 5,000 permanent seating and space for 2,500 temporary seating, and 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting/office space • 48,000 sq. ft. Multi-Purpose Auditorium/Exhibition Hall • 50,000 sq. ft. Covered Equestrian/Livestock Arena, with tent pads and animal barns • Midway and Events Lawn • Parking
