Cable Type of Bus: * Twisted-pair, better with shielding. * Twisted-pair wire can avoid and reduce the noise in the Bus * The Regulation of Connection in S-Bus: Orange + Brown : DC24V Blue + Green : DATA+ Blue White + Green White : DATA- Orange White + Brown White: COM Return
Resistance of Cable Per 100m With two wire connect to together: 5 ohm * Please confirm the rate of resistance of Cable , the typical rate of CAT5 cable in China about 5 Ohm * Different brand cable have different rate of resistance ,some less some more Return

* Standard of Bus in use: RS485 Two way communication , has two signal which is one Data+ and another is Data- ,named differential signal * Total length of Cable in Bus: 1.2Km Note: need consider, the drop of voltage on the end of Cable , power supply , method of connection which is hand by hand or Star network topology * Max. Devices No. on one twisted pair Bus:64 consider power supply via Bus and high efficiency communication , recommend less 64 devices on one Bus even our driver can drive 256 device on the bus * S-Bus serial baud rate for twisted pair: 9600bps 11 bit serial data: 1bit start,8 bit data , 1 bit even , 1 bit stop Return
* DC power supply in Bus : DC24V calculate all power consumption in Bus ,according to the voltage drop of cable, select the power supply and cable length. * Max. drop of voltage in Bus acceptable magnetic latching relay require more then 15V , other device require more then 8V, the standard of voltage is used DC24V, the max. voltage up to DC 30V * Safety for safety reason ,the protection current of power supply must under the current which is when the Bus has circuit short happened , so we need to calculate the resistance on the Bus ,calculate total the power consumption in Bus , then select the correct power supply Return
* S-Bus Net/IP Network UDP protocol in detail Use group broadcast and use 6000 port as default and C , B class used for UDP communication on IP network. UDP protocol packing and unpacking the data stream which come from the twisted pair(RS485) or the data get to RS485 Return
* Sending data stream in twisted pair Busy checking, sending serial data ,receiving data stream , comparing the data which sent same with received, so in system no master or slave device , any of devices in Bus can send command by needs. * Collision Detection ,Carrier Sense Return
* S-Bus IP interface IP interface used for fast intelligent data exchange (router) between the Subnet , big network , integrate with other system, managing and monitoring the system , program for the device on the bus . * Regulation of Net/IP route 1,all of message come from RS485 Bus will be send to Net/IP network by IP interface, 2, the message come from Net/IP network will be send to RS485 Bus if the destination Subnet ID of the message match IP interface’ Subnet ID or the destination ID is a broadcast Subnet ID ,this mechanism can improve the efficiency of communication Return
* Protocol of S-Bus in detail Subnet ID:0-254(255 for broadcast) ,DeviceID:0-254 (255 for broadcast), Max. data size in a data pckage:80 byte , CRC standard for data package: 16bit, two byte for CMD. Total devices in Bus: 255 x 255 = 65025 , data package in the twisted pair(RS485) same contents with in the IP network , the method of communication: point to point and broadcast. * integrate with other system many kind of protocol and interface can be used to integrate with other system: 1,OPC server 2,UDP protocol 3,EIB gateway 4,RS232 gateway 5,DALI gateway 6,DMX gateway , 7,IR code 8, BackNet 9,lonworks ……. Return

* pay attention to the dimmer with leading edge , using TRIAC for dimming 1,Keep the environmental temperature lower than 45 centigrade, because it bring heat when have output active, 2, High power dimmer will make a little noise when it is dimming so make sure the place fit for install the dimmer. 3,Make sure the Loads have no circuit shorted otherwise it will be burning. 4, Suitable for incandescent lamp, Induction transformer, some of electronic transformer, motor load 5, Can not used for electricity-saving lamp, none dimming load ,some of electronic transformer. 6, Minimal load 30w Output Waveform Return
* pay attention to the dimmer with trailing edge , using MOSFET for dimming 1,keep the environmental temperature lower than 45 centigrade, because it bring heat when have output active. 2, suitable for incandescent lamp, all of electronic transformer. 3, also good used for electricity-saving lamp, none dimming load for ON/OFF control. 4,not good for inductive load , maybe lead the protector of dimmer burning Output Waveform Return
* pay attention to the ballast dimmer with ON/OFF switch and DC 0-10 voltage control 1, dimmable ballast need ON/OFF control even it has 1-10V voltage for dimming. 2,Each channel ON/OFF for 2000w load. 3, DC 0-10V terminal designed for get the current in from ballast ,can not output current to the ballast 4, Output DC current of ballast is less 1mA each ballast normal. 5,DC control terminal have capability of 100mA by each channel Return
* Pay attention to the LED Driver 1,DMX512 protocol for dimming. 2,Constant voltage drive for RGB LED. 3, Constant Current drive for RGB LED (planning to do ) Return
* Pay attention to the motion sensor 1,The sensitivity of motion sensor depend on the temperature, the higher of temperature lead the lower of sensitivity, recommend the temperature of environment lower than 35 deg. 2, In door using, the wind maybe lead the sensor wrong operation when using out door. 3,Avoid to install nearby the air outlet, the reason same using out door. * Pay attention to the IR learn 1,keep the IR learner with IR remote control in same straight line. 2,the IR learner close to remote control Return
* Pay attention to the IR Code for Air conditioner 1,all of remote control combine many parameter into a IR code, so only one of function like temperature can be used , means other function can not be changed 2,using gateway to integrate like RS232,RS485,ethernet,lonworks or put the IR protocol into the IR transmitter directly or develop another kind of IR Return
* Pay attention to the Z-audio 1, need DC +24V and DC -24V power supply. 2, need to connect RJ45 for manage software Return

* Pay attention to SMS 1, Support four frequency (Siemens MC55i now used ) : 850MHz/900MHz/1800MHz/1900 MHz Support two frequency (Siemens MC52i before used) : 900MHz/1800MHz 2, SMS service center Number for send SMS 3, the LCD display will show status at Mail box when receive a message 4, need to connect RJ45 for manage software Return
