Pbar closure before and after kicker timing adjustments of 6 nsec on each side
Problems • HD13 and VE11 – settings timeout when running smooth program. Changes made to C50 to get around this. • Problems with pbar closure on store 6465 • B4 House breaker tripped • Pbar emittances for the last 4 transfers in store 6465 were large. • E1 wet engine tripped on a false Emergency brake indication • D17-3 collimator did not move to its initial position, rebooted collimator front end • F1 Wet engine tripped off during store 6459. • B48 separator has indicated sparks on several occasions but no affect is seen • Dead 24V supply at CUB causing LCW regeneration issues. Plans for Next Week • Shut down work • -Roll measurements on all Tev dipoles • - Look at alignment of the CDF downstream beam pipe • - Ground fault search at F4 • -Replace thyratron for AAK3 • Startup • - Establish 150 Gev beam and do quick aperture scan to establish • if we did the right thing • -Get beam to flattop and then low beta , look at tunes and orbits and • correct as needed. • Pre shutdown studies • - Crystal Collimator • - B0 quad tickling • -Bumper magnet abort gap clearing studies
