Feb. 26th cont… • Plan: Notes: 8 Food & Nutrition – 6 Nutrients Assign groups - research their nutrient. Design a power point describing your nutrient. Complete packet for your nutrient.(chpt 8) -10 min = collecting notes in text -10 min. = make poster/power point -10 min. = Gallery walk Groups: 1 = Carbs 2 = Fats 3 = Proteins 4 = Vit. 5 = Minerals 6= Water • Debrief: How does your nutrient impact your overall nutrition
