Contracted Hours and Payment Fremantle employs the apprentice on a 35 hour contract Paying a salary of £3.64 per hour (national minimum wage for age group) – plus enhancements for weekend and bank holidays of £2.50 per hour (not allowed to work after 10.00pm until 18) Good Practice Event - 23 February 2011

Mode of delivery and Training Care Training Solutions undertake the three elements in the programme • Diploma in Health and Social Care • Certificate in Preparing to work in adult Social care level two • Functional Skills – Maths and English level one Good Practice Event - 23 February 2011
