Keep Jobs in State Act • Stop states from giving contracts or economic development assistance to companies that ship work offshore. • Companies that violate offshoring ban must repay the state, and should be banned from receiving contracts or development assistance for 5 years.
Buy America Act • Make sure tax dollars are used to procure goods made in the state and/or the U.S.

Fair Chance for Employment Act The model bill would : • Make it illegal to post job announcements that discriminate against the unemployed or to refuse to consider or hire the unemployed. • Allow states to rescind state contracts from companies that discriminate against the unemployed, and debar companies that violate the ban on hiring discrimination from receiving state contracts for up to three years.
