Developing Aggregates Talent Program Developing Aggregates Talent is a special trainee program to develop our Aggregates operations worldwide and provide them with our technical experience that will help them to understand Lafarge’s way of operating quarries both from technical and people management perspectives.
Program structure • The program is broken down into three phases/rotations • Phase 1: Country of origin (0 – 6 months) • Phase 2: International Assignment (approx. 18 months) • Phase 3: Return to your country of origin
