  3. Implementation • District & Block identification • Bihar , Jharkhand , Orissa, Chattisgarh & West Bengal • Core Committee yet to be formed except Chattisgarh • TNA is to be done

Strategy • Creation of almost Bharat Nirman thousand volunteers in the selected blocks • Make a capacity building program of these volunteers :- SIRD /RDD • Equip them with skill of all government sponsored schemes • Reward for best performer • Creation of IEC materials :- Audio, visual, flex Banner, pamphlets , cardboard etc.

  5. Cont..... • Training of all stake holders( PRI members , govt. Officers , Gram rojgarhsavek , Gram sanjokas, SHGs members, members of social audit committee, members of village vigilance and monitoring committee , members of waters users association and NGOs..) • One volunteer for forty house • Key identification of key indicators and assessment of success ratio • Derivation of out come indicators of this initiative which actual deliveries • Documentation of the projects
