General Information • Hot Lunch Program • “Free Hot Lunch Day” – August 28th • 48 hours notice • Request for Excused Absence • Pick Up Changes • Contact front office – NOT your teacher • Wildcat Care Challenges • 6th Grade Tomorrow: 12:00-3:00
Start of School • 7:45 8:00 8:00:01 • Pledge of Allegiance • Parents out of classrooms before pledge • Students may be dropped off behind the gym at 7:45
End of School Day • Pick Up • 3:06 – pick up starts • 3:25 – pick up ends • Middle school - New entry open area / ZAP Notification • Elementary students - by grade level on south sidewalk • Parents – please remain in the lobby only • Picking up students behind the gym is not acceptable • Bikers, Boarders & Walkers • Release Forms & Helmets required • Students will be released at 3:20 • Mustleave campus by 3:25
Late Student Pick Up • 3:25 – all students must be picked up • Phone a friend • All students who are not picked up by 3:25 will be walked to Wildcat Care so they can be supervised (cost as follows) • First 15 minutes: $ 5.00 • Beyond 15 minutes: $10.00
