These books can be shared over the internet with peers, other classes, and parents. Comments & feedback can be left and used for reflection, improvement, and comprehension purposes. Type a FULL PAGE by 3rd? • This skill is something that will begin in K with very basic keyboarding on a pretend QWERTY printable keyboard. • By second semester of K through first semester of 1st, students will see pictures of the keyboard around their classrooms. • From second semester 1st grade to the end of 2nd grade, students will be using netbooks, laptops, or other computerized devices/handhelds to access word processing programs for writing practice.
