21. Transcript Process • Can be dropped off to Mrs. Kahney before school or after school • Signed Blue form- MUST ACCOMPANY each request • Type Senior courses once • Re-type if there are any class changes • $4 Transcript fee (cash/check) each request • SAT/ACT scores– UC DOES NOT SEND SCORES
