Anchor Updates October Reporting Webinars • Quantifiable Patient Impact (QPI) • 10/1 Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1pm MST • Category 3 Baselines • 10/2 Thursday from 3pm to 4:30pm • Risk Adjustment Guidance and FAQ document on HHSC website. • Electronic Reporting Template • 10/6 Monday from 11:30 to 1pm • Method of Reporting – New Template or Old Spreadsheet

Anchor Updates $345 Million in left-over funds from DY2 The Anchors will be soliciting feedback from all the Providers on their interest to participate in accessing these funds through a defined framework. Options are focused on: Current Projects – adding metrics / QPI Not keen on adding anything new at this time Trying to keep it as simple as possible but keep within the goal of further transforming healthcare for the underinsured This will require a Waiver Amendment for DY4 and DY5 Providers will need to have the IGT to draw down these funds

Statewide Learning Collaborative • As part of the Summit, we are distributing a survey to all attendees to better understand successes and challenges with the DSRIP program as we plan for waiver extension/renewal. • Please click on the provided link to answer the questions and click "Done" when complete: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/dsripslcsummit • The survey link will remain live until October 6th. • We are working to process the recordings of sessions from the event and plan to post to HHSC website as soon as possible. We will follow up with a message once that is complete.

HHSC Mid-Point Assessment Texas has a total of 1,500 DSRIP Projects Approximately 300 Projects were selected by Myers and Stauffer for a detailed desk audit across the regions Selection Process was basically random Myers and Stauffer will use HHSC plan documents and also the last reporting period documents, and the recent Plan Modification documents 50 Projects were selected for Region 15, or 50% There may be no issues and a final letter will be sent indicating this Some Projects will be flagged and have on-site reviews in October 2014 HHSC will be sending additional information on what to expect in the on-site reviews Goal is to complete the mid-point assessment by December 2014
